There is great variety in our menus, with three hot meals being served every day. For breakfast we offer a wide range of options including eggs, bacon, and porridge. For lunch and dinner there are always two main meal options and, in addition, our chefs take into account residents’ preferences, so if a resident does not like any of the options, they will cook an alternative. If they have the ingredients, they will make it, no problem!
You can request tea, coffee or a snack at any time. Fresh fruit is always available in the home, and we welcome suggestions or menu ideas from residents or family and friends.
Our experienced chefs work hard to ensure these homemade meals are healthy and delicious, they also have detailed daily communication with care staff so they take into account individual dietary requirements, like the need for fortified food or a pureed meal. Our residents are asked seasonally for their favourite meals or ideas and the menus are changed to adapt to these choices.
